How does it work?

how do I subscribe?
Our ABODE boxes are sent quarterly. After your first box, you will automatically be billed on the 16th of each quarter:
- March 16th Subscription payment taken (Box dispatched 20th March)
- June 16th Subscription payment taken (Box dispatched 20th June)
- September 16th Subscription payment taken (Box dispatched 20th September)
- December 16th Subscription payment taken (Box dispatched 20th December)
Payment dates are all dependent on when you begin your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription or skip a box at any time by logging into your account at www.delilahchloe.com, please note you must cancel or pause your box 48 hours before the next payment is due.
Boxes can also be purchased as a one-off for £55. Customers will be billed upon purchase and the box will be shipped on the dates outlined above.
What is in each box?
Each box will offer a unique experience with each Season. Your ABODE box will be briming with luxury, unique homeware and gifts by independent, Artisan brands.
Do I need to Subscribe?
Boxes can be purchased as a one-off and can include a handwritten note and be delivered directly to your recipient. Subscribers receive a reduction in box cost.
How much does the ABODE subscription cost?
Boxes are £50 per box for pay quarterly subscribers, £55 per box for one-off purchases.
Can I return a box or an item within it?
We do not offer refunds on our seasonal boxes. We offer replacements and/or refund in the event of damaged items with proof of damage. Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your box.
If you happen not to like an item, simply re-gift it to a friend!
How do I cancel my Subscription box?
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your Delilah Chloe account or by contacting us via email – firstname.lastname@example.org
Pay quarterly subscribers must make their cancellation by the 15th of the month prior to shipment in order to avoid receiving and being billed for the next box. Cancellations received after the 15th will take effect on the next season’s box.
