Use of voucher codes
Ambassadors may only promote codes that are provided through the Delilah Chloe Ambassador programme. Delilah Chloe reserve the right to withhold payment of commission or suspend publishers if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an Ambassador sale.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any Ambassador displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme.

In applying for the Delilah Chloe Ambassador programme you are confirming that you are not promoting Delilah Chloe Ambassador programme in inappropriate environments such as, but not limited to:
• Illegal material
• Any obscene or sexually explicit material;
• Any violent, discriminatory, threatening or abusive material;
• Any material which is blasphemous or defamatory in any way
• Any material that infringes the Intellectual Property of any third party
• File sharing
• P2P (or Peer to Peer)
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all materials that appear on your website/s.
In applying for Delilah Chloe's program you, the Publisher, are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.

Email Marketing
Any Ambassador wishing to promote Delilah Chloe by email marketing must first contact info@delilahchloe.com for pre-approval.
Creative
Ambassadors may not alter any of the creative or text links available through the Ambassador program interface without prior written permission. Out of date/redundant creative and links is expressly forbidden.
Ambassadors however are able to and encouraged to take their own images to suit the style of their personal accounts.

Offline public relations activities are expressly not permitted. Ambassadors wishing to pass on information regarding offline promotions should contact info@delilahchloe.com
Press
Any press where Delilah Chloe is referenced must have involvement and full sign off from Delilah Chloe. Ambassadors wishing to pass on information regarding press opportunities should contact info@delilahchloe.com
