Who is Delilah Chloe? + -

Delilah Chloe is our beautiful daughter! Together we’re a Husband & Wife team from Lancashire bringing you a gorgeous collection of home fragrances and bath luxuries.

What makes your products special? + -

All our products are hand poured in small batches, in the heart of Lancashire. We’re proud of our Lancashire heritage and we love to shout about our gorgeous County. Our wax based candles are hand poured using Soy Wax and fragranced oils. 


How do I create an account? + -

Simply click the little person Icon in the header of our website. To create an account you will need to provide a valid email address and memorable password. I have forgotten my password + -

Not to worry! To reset your password simply click the ‘lost password’ link on the account drop down. You will then be prompted by email to reset your password. If you need any help resetting please contact info@delilahchloe.com

How do I update my account information? + -

To update any information such as address, contact details etc simply login to your account and navigate to ‘account details’. Here you can access your account information. If you need any help updating this information please contact info@delilahchloe.com


How do I track my order? + -

All orders are sent via DHL and are typically received next day from the date of dispatch. You will receive tracking information once the order is dispatched via email or mobile. If you need help tracking your order, please contact info@delilahchloe.com

How do I cancel or amend my order? + -

Once your order has been processed unfortunately we are unable to make any amendments to the order. This includes changing products, adding/removing products, applying discounts. If you need help once you have placed your order please contact info@delilahchloe.com

When will I receive my order? + -

Orders are processed within 3 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect to receive this the next working day via DHL. (Dispatch times can be longer during busier periods and holidays).

I haven't received my order + -

If your order hasn’t arrived, you haven’t received dispatch notification and it has been longer than 10 working days please contact info@delilahchloe.com

How do I return an item? + -

To make a return and get a refund, please contact our us on info@delilahchloe.com with your order number included. Any item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used.


What forms of payment do you accept? + -

You can pay via Paypal or Stripe Payment Gateway (All major cards are accepted). Or you can pay in 30 days, or split payment using Klarna.

How does Klarna work? + -

Klarna allows you to place your order and pay in 30 days or in 3 monthly instalments, interest free! To find out more, please visit here.

Do you offer promotional codes/discounts? + -

From time to time we often run sales and discounts throughout our website. The best way to know about these is by subscribing to our newsletter or following our social media pages.

We also have a couple of brand reps on Instagram who share their unique codes to their followers.

How do I apply a discount? + -

Once you go through to checkout you will see a box asking if you have a valid promotional code. Simply input the code and your discount will be applied.

Please note: you can only use one discount code at any each time.

Delivery & Returns

What are your delivery costs? + -

Standard Delivery is £3.00, or FREE for orders over £30. Parcels are sent via DHL.

How long does delivery take? + -

Delivery is typically the next working day from the date of dispatch. However during holidays and busier periods deliveries may take longer.

Where is my parcel? + -

Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive notification via email or mobile. Within this, you will be provided with tracking information via DHL.
